SHIPPING

 

PLEASE double-check your cart before ordering. Once an order has been placed we CANNOT make any changes or additions to your order.  Any order that has been processed to ship cannot be canceled. 

First-class shipping is available for any packages under 15oz. First-class shipping takes 5-7 business days for delivery once the package has been shipped. This option does not include any insurance. 

Free shipping will typically ship with USPS. The carrier will be determined by No Fashion Deadlines once your order has been processed to ship.

Please allow up to 5 business days for all orders to ship. We make each product to order so it takes some extra time to have each order processed and shipped out. Once your order is processed to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking info and an estimated ship date. Please note that the quoted shipping times at checkout DO NOT include our processing times.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All Digital products will be delivered via email provided. Please double-check check email before placing an order.

DELIVERY

​

We ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double-check check your address is right.

Please be aware that once a package is shipped, the USPS often does not update package tracking information until it is delivered.

Tracking information is provided on all orders. No Fashion Deadlines will only respond to requests to track orders that have gone beyond 14 business days from the date the order was placed.

Any package that is returned to the sender by the USPS and canceled by the customer is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

No Fashion Deadlines does not accept liability for any packages after they have been accepted by the USPS for delivery to the customer. ALL LOST, STOLEN, OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.

Defective Merchandise or Wrong Item Received

​

If you've received a defective item or received a wrong item, please contact our customer service department via email at contactnfd@gmail.com. You will be sent a prepaid return label to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item back your new item will be sent out. We must receive the item back within 10 days of you receiving your return label. Any packages returned after this time period will be refused and sent back.

Return &
Exchange Policy


If you would like to return any items, they must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. The package containing your returned products must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving your original package from No Fashion Deadlines. Your items will be refunded less the cost of original shipping. If any items are not in new condition, the items will be donated and no refund will be issued.

We DO NOT accept any returns on holiday-themed items.

Any return packages postmarked after 3 days of receiving your original package will be refused by No Fashion Deadlines and returned to the sender.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges. 

When returning or exchanging any items, please include the packing slip that was included in your order. Including this packing slip will help to expedite the return process. 

Please allow 7 business days for all returns to be processed once we receive them. You will receive an email confirmation for your refund once it has been processed.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are available. While we do sell you the digital file to print yourself at home or at any photo finisher or printer, we do not take responsibility for errors on the printer's part. If you have any issues with your files or downloads, please contact us and we will be sure to rectify the situation ASAP.

How can you opt-out, remove, or modify the information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules, you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & and payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.


Third-party links

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).
