Terms and Conditions

PLEASE double check your cart before ordering. Once an order has been placed we CANNOT make any changes or additions to your order. Additionally, any order that has been processed to ship cannot be canceled.
No Fashion Deadlines does not accept liability for any packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier for delivery to the customer. ALL LOST, STOLEN, OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a carrier failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.
By purchasing from this site, you agree to our policies.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
​
If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. Notifications need to be sent to contactnfd@gmail.com. We will not refund the initial shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise we do not pay for return shipping. Returning shipments must be postmarked to return no more than 3 days from the date that the order was received by the customer. Orders that are received for return that do not meet the return policy requirements will be donated to a local charity. We do ask that you send us a picture of the damaged item/items to help us figure out the cause.

Shipping and Processing Times
​
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for all orders to ship. We make each product to order so it takes some extra time to have each order processed and shipped out. Once your order is processed to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking info and an estimated ship date. Please note that the quoted shipping times at checkout DO NOT include our processing times.

Returns
​

Exchanges
​
At this time No Fashion Deadlines does not offer exchanges. You can request a refund via the refund policy. Once your refund is processed you can repurchase a new item.

Returns
​
If you would like to return any items, they must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. The items must be received by No Fashion Deadlines within 7 days of the package being delivered. Your items will be refunded less the cost of original shipping. If any items are not in new condition, the items will be donated and no refund will be issued.
***All returns must be received by No Fashion Deadlines within 7 days of receipt of your package.***
We DO NOT accept any returns on holiday-themed items.

Any packages received after 7 days will be refused by No Fashion Deadlines and sent back to the sender.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns.
When returning any items, please include the packing slip that was included in your order. Including this packing slip will help to expedite the return process.
Please allow 7 business days for all exchanges and returns to be processed once we receive them. You will receive an email confirmation for your refund once it has been processed.

Wholesale Orders

No Fashion Deadlines does not offer wholesale purchases at this time.
Copying any No Fashion Deadlines designs is a direct violation of the International Copyright Law.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a No Fashion Deadlines product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, No Fashion Deadlines reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. No Fashion Deadlines reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, No Fashion Deadlines shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by No Fashion Deadlines without notice at any time, for any reason.
