How Can I Change Details To My Order? 

After your order has been submitted, you have 1 hour to change certain information:

  • Shipping information such as name, address, or phone number
  • Item color or size

The following information cannot be changed once an order has been placed:

  • Adding or removing items

  • Payment method

  • Billing information such as name, address, or phone number

To request changes to your order, you must contact Customer Service at contactnfd@gmail.com 

Can I cancel my order or an item from my order?

Yes, please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes to your orders via email at contactnfd@gmail.com. If for any reason we can not cancel your order, you can return your items based on our return policy once the item is received.

When will I receive my order?

Here's what to expect once your order is placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email with a detailed list of all items ordered.
  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please click on the "Track Shipment" link within the email to receive the most up-to-date shipping information.
  • Shipping time does not include processing time of items. Please note that selected shipping time only counts for processed orders.
  • "Business days" are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
  • When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.


How Secure is your website?
We take all possible measures to insure your shopping experience is as safe as possible. All personal information is stored securely using high-level SSL encryption technology

Will I receive the same products that I see in the photos?
Yes, you can always expect to receive the same item pictured in the photos. Only variations are color options.

Are out of stock items restocked?
Once an item is out of stock we can not guarantee that it will be restocked. We do suggest that you sign up for our mailing list for any updates.

How can I be sure I've placed my order correctly?
Once an order is placed you will receive a conformation email. If you do not receive an email please contact customer service department via email.

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

What if I do not receive the correct item?
If you accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service department via email.

Do you except international orders?
Yes, we do expect international orders.

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We currently accept most major credit cards along with Apple Pay.

Why might my credit card be refused?
Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
  • You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
  • The details entered could be incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes. Your data is transmitted using SSL encryption. For payments with credit and debit cards, you are required to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the card that serves as a security measure during commercial electronic transactions.

Where can I receive my order?
Your order can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - or PO Box)

Can the delivery country/region be different from the purchase country/region?
No. The delivery country/region must always be the same country/region in which the purchase was made.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping time varies based on location and processing time. During peak times we do suggest to place your orders as far in advance as possible. Shipping time does not include the processing time. Please allow time for processing when placing your order.

How much do I pay for delivery services?
Shipping prices vary based on location and weight of items ordered.

Is there a charge for requesting an exchange or return?
We do not charge any return or exchange fees. You are responsible for any shipping fees.

How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of shipping conformation email. Please contact customer service for shipping and return instructions.

Where can I find my receipt?
Once your order is placed your conformation email can be used as your receipt.

When will I receive the refund for my return?
You will receive the refund to the same method used to make the purchase in an estimated period of 10-14 days, depending on your bank.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Yes we can deliver to PO Box addresses.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
If there is a problem with your order please contact customer service for instructions.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged?
If you notice that your parcel is damaged during delivery, please take a digital picture and forward to us at contactnfd@gmail.com, before opening your parcel to see your item(s).

How do I return an item to you by mail?
You can return items via postal mail within 7 days of receiving your shipping conformation email. Please contact Customer Service for instructions

Do I have to pay for returns?
There is no additional charge for returns or exchanges. You are responsible for return shipping cost. 

I have received an incorrect item or my item is faulty, will I have to pay to return it?
We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If we have sent you the wrong item you will need to return it to us for an exchange or refund. Shipping cost for incorrect items will not be your responsibility (please check sizing chart and color before placing orders. We can not be responsible for sizing and color issues). Please contact our customer service department for return instructions.

Why doesn't my promotional code work?
Please review the Terms and Conditions of the promotion, many discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

Please check that the code/link you are using is still valid and not out of date.

Your code must be entered in the format in which it was received.

It may help to clear your cookies and cache if your code is not working.

Can I use more than one discount offer on my order?
Our promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
